Utilization of loaned skillful employee from large company is one of the solutions for this issue. Such loaned employee can bring not only technical knowledge that has been developed through long working experience but also personal connections to the host company. But loaned employee faces difficulties under the new working environment because of the organizational culture of the host company. From the interview of the loaned workers who have been working at small and medium sized company, it makes clear that to be engaged the positive tasks like a specific project is the essential to utilize their capability effectively. Their knowledge and personal connections can be transferred through on-the-job training to young employee of the host company, and loaned employee can learn organizational culture and tacit knowledge from young employee. Such exchange of experience is necessary to maximize the utilization of loaned employee. Developing personal relationship with candidate and host company employee, who will work directly with candidate, before loan is essential matter to success.
