The role of local university such as Bunkyo University is to play as think tank for local area development, such as Chigasaki city for us. The process of consulting of regional development, from both side of social aspect and tourism aspect, should be 1: knowledge of local resources, 2: establish human resources network, 3: discussion and advice, basically. This study note focuses on 1: local resources of Chigasaki-city from 6 categoly (Nature, Industry, Food, Tourism history, Activity of citizens on ecology), 2: Resources development procedure through Accreditation Test called "Chigasaki Marukajiri Kentei", as a project of Japan Foundation. This note shows ongoing study of Kaizu and Yamada seminar.
