          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">Recently, the rejection against tar synthetic dyes is common among consumers, which let them tend to select natural dyes. Especially in the markets, labels indicating the use of natural dyes such as confectionery, cold sweets and refreshing drinks show the guestures in order to induce the customer's interest, especially of housewives.
This study sonsists of sensory test and questionnaires investigation with 40 of housewives in Koshigaya City, Saitama Pref. The survey conducted sensory test consists of : 1) selection test of organic function using dyed jelly, 2) enquete on selection of dyed food.
As results the attitude for the intention of natural dyes is influenced both by sensual factor and congnitive frame of reference learned prejudice. The latter is considered to be important for preconception in present society.</datacite:description>
