In this paper a congnitive theory of "experience as a whole" (intellectual, motivational, emotional, etc.) is developed. Recent congnitive theories such as Neisser's concerning to adjustment toward the outer world are adaptable mostly to the inner adjustment in which psychotheraputic re-experience as well as the felt self imagery is important. Also schema of feeling and its testing process are theorized similarly to the theory of intellectual schema and its testing process. On the other hand we find less structurized, less anticipatory, passive form of experience concerning to feelings and emotions. Structure of mental imagery (its schemata, script, etc.) shows also uniqueness beyond the ordinary congnitive theories.
