青年のグループ・サークル活動を規定する要因 Some Factors Effecting on Group Activities of Youths セイネン ノ グループ サークル カツドウ オ キテイ スル ヨウイン 野島,正也 Nojima, Masaya 文教大学人間科学部 Bunkyo University, Faculty of Human Science 青年グループ 青年リーダー This study is based on the results of an investigation which is made by questionaire method and interview method. Main findings are as follws. (1) Some characteristics of group leaders are sociable, lively, co-operative, and conformable to rules. (2) Many of leaders have careers in their past. Those are some volunteer activities in their community and some activities in the student council.
