          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">This paper is the third part of the series which is intended to construct the scientific concept of Informatics. This time, we described about, it from the psychological point of view because the writer was a social psychologist.
　First, we described on the humanistic comprehension and the means of "social" which we often use as the human nature concepts.
　Second, we introduced the psychological process of interaction between person and person. The topics cited here were the stimulus-reaction theory in Behaviorism, New-behaviorism theory with the "mind" and the interaction theory between minds. The purpose of this section was focused on the system approach to interpersonal relationships, and further, human network or so call "holonic" which means interhelp.
　Third, we discussed on the possibility of psychological contributions to Informatics from the points of solution of human affairs which would happen in Japanese society in near future.</datacite:description>
