観光振興による地域活性化 : リーダーによる地域資源の発見と活用 Revitalization of Region (Local Area) by Promotion of Tourism: Discovery and Utilization by Strong Leader カンコウ シンコウ ニ ヨル チイキ カッセイカ リーダー ニ ヨル チイキ シゲン ノ ハッケン ト カツヨウ 山口, 一美 This paper is intended as a joint field investigation of the revitalization of region(local area) by developing and making the most of tourism resources. As far as the purpose of the investigation is concerned, this paper focused on that two persons who are Ms. Jinny Fuji(Okami of Ryokan Fujiya in Yamagata Pref.) and Mr. Ross Findler who is the Chairman of Niseko Adventure Center in Hokkaido. This paper described how they discovered and identified their tourism resources, and managed adequately, showed the hospitality to the tourists in order to increase local tourism.
