In this paper, we will examine the suggestion for the educational policy of European countries with a focus on OECD. OECD started for the purpose of contributing to the promotion of economic growth, support for economic development and expansion of world trade for the development and cooperation of the liberalist economy in Europe and the United States. By tracing the historical process of OECD, we will examine the suggestion of OECD for the educational policy in these countries.
