Multiculturalism is derived from ethnic, cultural assimilation. The concept is mainly related to ethnic minorities. It suggests the mechanism to exclude minorities and the perspective of social treatments for them. It has many positive aspects to change the position of the people in weakness. But also it is facing their limitations.
