「ポスト・コロナパンデミックの世界」研究試論（Ⅱ）: COVID-19と現代世界に関する５つの話 Five Stories on Global Issues in the Era of the Post-pandemic 奥田, 孝晴 1621 Worldwide turmoil caused by COVID-19 pandemic is a result of the contemporary globalization in situation of strengthening ties of international economy and environmental changes. Especially, lack of autonomic governance in local governments and fragile public health system accelerated pandemic in Japan. Also, the present situation makes us realize global troublesome issues e.g., widening disparity, hegemonic conflicts in the international community etc., more clearly. In other words, we can observe them through “pandemic telescope,” and analyze the realities of the world with more intellectual approach. Following to the previous one, this paper focuses on five critical issues emerged by COVID-19 pandemic.
