| 内容記述 | Little study has been tried on ways and means for activating the 60-65 years old -workers, except for partial ones like job re-design. This small reseach, which focused the smaller enterprises having excellent personnel practices for older workers, although an incomplete one, aimed at confirming roughly some hypothetical prerequisites to facilitating the adaptation of older workers to jobs, in connection with their placement, improvement in working envirnment and training etc. It was presumend that high respect to individual careers and versatility had some significance, not only in terms of placement but also for ability development. |
