The hermaphrodite is described as a symbolic existence with great mental power, meaning "totality", "correspondence of the oppsite", and "return to the origin". In comic books for young girls, a number of hermaphrodites can be seen. One of them is the story in which a heroine lives a life with two personae as a woman as well as man. This kind of story represents "the sexual identity" of a girl who has recognize her own natural sex through experience of both sexes. There is another kind of story in which men and women or human beings and evil spirits are unified. This unification means return to the origin, which is achieved by super-real experience of death and revival. A girl will revive as a superior person through this great, different dimensional experience. These discourses of comic books, in the modern world, functions as quasi-experience of initiation for sex.}, pages = {71--79}, title = {少女マンガにおける両性具有のディスクール}, volume = {13}, year = {} }
