| 内容記述 | Educational reform after the world war II was one of the common school movements between the two world wars. The principals of common school movement were entrance into a higher school by ability, nationalization and centralization of school administration, and obligatory secondary education. They were realized by 1960's in consequence of high growth of economy in Japan. But we were confronted with many new problems for example division even in primary school students, the decline of function to teach at school. Theory of the right of people to education was based on Constitution and the fundamental law of education. They contributed to realization of the principals of common school movement and exclusion of militarism of education. But it is necessary to examine and revise them, because circumstances of education have changed. |
