| 内容記述 | There are now pros and cons on the continuance of the so-called life-time employment practice. "Adherence to the practice of life-time employment" is the unanimous voice of big enterprises, whereas they have, on the one hand, launched into hiring mid-career persons on a large scale and early promotion of high-talented young people, and have also been continuously excluding middle-aged and older persons on the other hand. Confusion is inevitable by such contradictory practices, and it is not possible to evaluate the present employment situations as under the life-time employment practice if we stick to the generale oriteria for it, although some improvements are noticed in their personnel administration. This article aims at clarifying the changing, complex situations of employment in big enterprises, referring to the recent survey on the changing employment administration, which the author participated in and the Ministry of Labour sponsored. |
