They were requested to rate how often and how many of the 15 play games they do, and to rate whether 24 sentences, which describe sex-role traits, apply to the school boys or girls.\nThe results were as follows ;\nFirst after the factor analysis, with the role of boys, we obtained two salient factors which could be referred to as \"activeness\" and \"roughness\". And with the one of girls, we also had two factors which suggested \"gentleness\" and \"obedience\".\nSecond, the factor scores were obtained in each factor dimension and we found the highest recognized factor was \"activeness\", and the lowest recognized one was \"obedience\".\nThird, we investigated the deveelopmental changes of the sex-role ideas, but not the sex-role behaviors.\nFour, girls made the clear discrimination between the masculinity and femininity than boys thougout all the grade.\nFive, the sex-role behaviors didn't develop after the sex-role ideas has been formed.
