| 内容記述 | Strategic information system in the wholesale sector is nowadays the very basis for its survival. Acceptance and issuance of orders are all dealt with through computer system. Within the physical distribution centers, examination, stowage, sending/collection,loading, processing and custody/charge of goods are all controled through computer system. Under this circumstance, works to be carried out by salespersons have become complicated and upgraded to a large extent, as they are forced to offer highly effective physical distritution, as well as information, systems, which are discriminatory against other competing companies, while sugesting sales promotion plans with regard to location of goods on the shelves, contens of leaflets and ways of display etc. They are expected to learn information technology and to be skillful intelectually. It was presumed that the general framework of personnel administration had not changed to a large extent, but that its contents would be changed in many cases, such as the evaluation items of performance appaisal system. Trend of personnel treatment according to ability and achievements is clear. As a fact of information network system it has added to more social cost through enabling excessive aervices to customers. |
