The severe handicap means the overlapping disabilities of serious motor disturbance and profound mental retaeded. The age of their children is elementary school to adult. The number is two hundred and eight.\nPsychological support of these parents is mainly their spouse, and sister and brother of the handicapped. Second is friends of another parents having the handicapped children. Parents encourage and help each other. One third has the experience of being discouraged by medical doctor, and one fourth was discouraged by the staff of social welfare office or child consultation center. These results are grave, because professionalists do not play their roles sufficiently.\nIf medical problems happen, three fourths have the specialized hospital or doctor. But the ratio of the adult having the medical services is lower than children. This ratio of elementary school age is 90%. But adult is only 60%. Social-medical services should take considerration about the severely handicapped adult at home.\nMost cases need night care including diapering nappy, correcting posture, treatment of epilepsy, taking off phlegm and so on. These make the parents become exhousted owing to insufficient sleep every night. Nursing of taking meal is very imporrtant for 90% of the handicapped. Over 40% need special meal, that is to say, liquid, mashed or cutted food. Especially mothers must put a great deal of work in serving meal. Most parents must give their children baths. About half of them need special bath for the motor disabled. But actually the ratio of possessing these is very low.\nMainly mothers take care of and help their children's daily living. If mothers can not do, the other family member should do it. The substitute person nursing their children at home will not be found from outside. When emergency arises, short-stay service for the parents is neccessary. They should take rest to be released from heavy works temporarily.\nFor their children's independence, parents wish day center from their home, institute with medical care, or conbination of day center and night care service instead of family life.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_38":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_source_id_19":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03882152"}]},"item_5_text_39":{"attribute_name":"本文言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"日本語"}]},"item_5_text_42":{"attribute_name":"ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"BKK0001256"}]},"item_5_text_7":{"attribute_name":"Author","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Fujita, Masako"},{"subitem_text_value":"Hiura, Michie"}]},"item_5_text_8":{"attribute_name":"所属機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"文教大学人間科学部"}]},"item_5_text_9":{"attribute_name":"Institution","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Bunkyo University, Faculty of Human Science"},{"subitem_text_value":"TOMO"}]},"item_5_version_type_35":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"藤田, 雅子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"日浦, 美智江"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-03-22"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"BKK0001256.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"BKK0001256.pdf","url":"https://bunkyo.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1236/files/BKK0001256.pdf"},"version_id":"407061cd-499c-4c6f-9fc0-2b1ab57398ae"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"The severely handicapped children"},{"subitem_subject":"parents"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"在宅重度重複障害児・者を介護する親からのアプローチ","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"在宅重度重複障害児・者を介護する親からのアプローチ"},{"subitem_title":"Opinions of the Parents Who Take Care of Their Severely Handicapped children and Youth at Home"}]},"item_type_id":"5","owner":"3","path":["105"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2012-04-25"},"publish_date":"2012-04-25","publish_status":"0","recid":"1236","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["在宅重度重複障害児・者を介護する親からのアプローチ"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T18:08:06.091566+00:00"}
