内容記述 This paper is continuity of "Youth in the Community of Lifelong Learning" on Bulletin of Human Science, vol.9
At the first paper, we have given the definition and outline of community of lifelong learning, but now, we would like to propose a plan to make powerfully educational influence at community, because what is called the most deviant behaviour of youth and other educational problems originate when the educational influence has become more weak.
The educational influence could has been understood as the power of human environmental influence of the adult for socialization of youth in community, but it is very difficult to do clear it under industrialization and urbanization in the modern society.
But we could have find three index as a hypothesis to analyze it, they are social norm, life experience of youth, and social group for youth by following Prof. Yano's suggestion.
(1) Social norm can be to change mores, moral and other common rule in social group recognized by most residents in the community.
(2) Life experience of youth is concerned with free and voluntary activities at neighbourhood, school district or other life area.
(3) Social groups for youth mean community organizations for youth could have participated free different from family and school.
We could have only described the result of comparative analysis of the part of value orientation between adult and youth as social norm, and leisure time for pupils of elementary and secondary school and play spaces of school district as life experience of youth all over Japan, in this paper. In next volume, we would like to describe reality of social group for youth and all report of this research project.
