As the result of it, the job reorganization and the renewal of job management forced to proceed, and the workers are exposured stressful conditions.\nHow do they think about current state on the working place? What is the important trouble for them? So as to servey this problems, a special questionaire reffered to questionaire of the N.R.K. was devised. The questionaire is composed of the basic 78 questions and additional 6.\nThe questionaire was sended by mail to 469 workers who were the graduates of the Bunkyo University.
