| 内容記述 | This is the 2nd report of successive studies on trying to measure a creative personality. Previous to this, 1978, the author reported the Researchers Creativity Scale on the TPI. Similar to the previous study, the purpose of this study is to make the Designers Creativity Scale on the TPI, and in the study the same technique was used as in the former one. Subjects were 82 male engineers working in the Design Department of Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd. Results of the study suggested that it was possible to measure and to assess some aspects of the designers creativity. Nevertheless, in the study, the examination of the cross validity to another designer group was not done. This will be expected by the following study which will be done at hand. |
