| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine a mechanism of school refusal in infantile autism. Two children diagnosed as infantile autism were studied from the viewpoint of Gesell's developmental stages. One was a boy eight years old judged as two years and a half and the other was a boy eleven years old judged as six years on developmental stages. Both stages are similar to each other characterized as an emotional unstability. It was thought that this feature which appeared typically and extremely in autism had got them school refusal. The nature of this appearance might be related with its ego structure. The symtoms of school refusal in autism are similar to those in non-handicapped children. But it was suggested that the mechanism of school refusal in the former was different from that in the latter. That is, the former was understood from rather developmental stage than the latter was from parental attitudes. |
