One was a boy eight years old judged as two years and a half and the other was a boy eleven years old judged as six years on developmental stages.\nBoth stages are similar to each other characterized as an emotional unstability.\nIt was thought that this feature which appeared typically and extremely in autism had got them school refusal. The nature of this appearance might be related with its ego structure.\nThe symtoms of school refusal in autism are similar to those in non-handicapped children.
