| 内容記述 | This is the 3rd report of successive studies on the affective aspect of imagery. In this study the same technique was used as in the former studies (Uesugi, T., 1981,1983) which contained the varimax rotated factor analysis and correlation analysis using the calculated "affective value" that was ascertained to be a useful measure to know the levels of positiveness, or negativeness, of feeling towards working events. Subjects were 264 male and 17 female workers in the H factory of the M Co., in Japan. Their ages ranged from 19 to 55 years old. The results of this study suggested that working events were related to each other under the affective aspect of imagery, and that in the working field the most serious was the feeling towards managers and the next one was towards colleagues. This result means that if workers can have a good feeling towards both their manager and colleagues they have a feeling of satisfaction in their work, and if not they have a negative feeling toward work. To establish a good relation between manager and workers it will be useful for managers to learn social skills well. |
