| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study are to search for the posibility of measuring good or bad, positive or negative, feeling on working events which bring about serious effect on works. For studying this a special questionaire was devised, which has 256 paired words; seif-hope, mother-love, social-fear, manager-fear, task-joy, and so on. Each paired word has 5 scaling points to rate; very intimate, something intimate, something so and something less so, mostly not intimate and intimate at all. Subjects were 106 male workers in the Alps Electric Co., LTD. in Japan. All of them were working there in the second years. In this study, a composed parameter termed "affective value" which was caluculated on the basis of factor analytic study was used. Caluculated "affective value" indicates that if one can have higher "affective value" on working event (e.g. manager), he holds some good, favorite feeling for his manager, and that if lower one, he holds some bad feeling (e.g. malice). The result of this study, as well as the former study (Uesugi, T., 1981.), assured that the devised questionaire was a useful instrument and the caluculated "affective value" was a useful measure to know the levels of positiveness, or negativeness, of feeling towards working events. |
