Especially we have focused our attention on the strucurization of "common self" instead of ordinary "individual self." In this paper, we have tried to establish the "two dimension theory" of self and inter-personal relationship and to make a scale for operational research. In our scale using imagery and the "Schematic Projection" one dimension shows form of self, individual v.s common (horizontal axis of Table 2), and the other shows degree of growth (vertical axis). The scale is used for the image of self as well as two-persons' relationship. Also the scale includes various phases; attitudinal, emotional, existencial, etc. Immature or pathological form [○-] are found both in isolation (or individualistic) stage [○b] (e.g. autistic) and in the stage of communion [○f] (e.g.symbiotic), as well as in other inbetween stages. Samely mature and healthy form [○+] are found in each stage, which seems to clarify the "paradox of peak experience" as Maslow pointed out. Ordinary development from infant to adolescence is mainly from f[○-] to b[○+], whereas growth experience in T-group, encounter-group etc. is regarded as from b[○-] to f[○+]. Also various forms of self are discussed.}, pages = {1--11}, title = {人間関係と自己構造イメージ : その1.理論と方法論}, volume = {4}, year = {} }
