Especially in the markets, labels indicating the use of natural dyes such as confectionery, cold sweets and refreshing drinks show the guestures in order to induce the customer's interest, especially of housewives.\nThis study sonsists of sensory test and questionnaires investigation with 40 of housewives in Koshigaya City, Saitama Pref. The survey conducted sensory test consists of : 1) selection test of organic function using dyed jelly, 2) enquete on selection of dyed food.\nAs results the attitude for the intention of natural dyes is influenced both by sensual factor and congnitive frame of reference learned prejudice.
