| 内容記述 | This study is based on the results of an investigation which is made by questionaire method and interview method. Main findings are as follws. (1) Some characteristics of group leaders are sociable, lively, co-operative, and conformable to rules. (2) Many of leaders have careers in their past. Those are some volunteer activities in their community and some activities in the student council. (3) Many of non-participators of a youth group have the back-ground of hard laboring. |
