| 内容記述 | This report takes up Miyazawa Kenji’s “Pennennennennen Nenemu no Denki” with its adaptation “Gusuko Budori no Denki”, as it analyzes Kenji’s symbolically depicted inner life as from both psychiatric and literary perspectives. The former is reads as Kenji’s conflict between self-restraint and emotional aspects from the depiction of the different world （the world of monsters） that is the stage of “Nenemu”. It points out how the “fear of falling” as a liberation of the ego, which has been restrained by the norm of fatherhood, is sublimated as an act of saving people in the process from“ Nenemu” to“ Budori”. The latter, like the former, reads as Kenji’s inner symbolism in the world of monsters, but also points out that social conditions, ranks, and normative consciousness in the real world are projected. A “volcanic thing” is also inherent in Kenji’s work, expressing his “explosion of uncontrollable spirit”. |
