| 内容記述 | The traits of “relationships of trust,” “aspiration,” “non-avoidance,” “goal setting,” “human relationships,” and “information acquisition” are the power to aggressively confront seemingly difficult situations, overcome those difficulties, and surmount existing barriers. These traits were identified from 3 interviews by Koda (2021). Continuing on from that study, these traits were again identified from 4 interviews in the current study. This study focuses particularly on the processes by which executives of huge and/or long-established companies acquire, hone, and foster these traits. These processes were not only crises but also opportunities for growth for the individual interviewees. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 困難を打破して壁を乗り越える人たちに共通する「信頼関係」「向上心」「逃げない」「目標」「人間関係」「情報」という行動特性が、幸田（2021）による３名に対するインタビューの結果で抽出された。それに続く本稿での４名に対するインタビューにおいても同様の特性が発見された。本稿では、特にその内容の分析ではなく、経営者として必要なこれらの行動特性が職務上のどのようなプロセスで鍛えられ、育まれてきたのかについて報告する。それらのプロセスはそれぞれの個人にとっての危機的状況でもあり成長の機会でもあることが確認された。 | |||||
