| 内容記述 | How can educational activities be developed to effectively help diverse students acquire independence and increase their motivation for learning? Currently, Bunkyo University and Tochigi Prefectural Oyama High School are collaborating and conducting research on an inquiry-based learning program on the theme of career paths. As a result of verifying and analyzing this practice, clues to solving the above issues have been found. The source of “high school-university collaboration,” which is the foundation of this program, is based on the policy to enhance career guidance and study guidance in high schools according to students’ abilities, aptitudes, motivation, and interests, as indicated in the 1999 report of the Central Council for Education by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, and in the 2017 “Implementation Policy for Reforming High School-University Connection.” In addition, “high school-university collaboration” came to be considered as an effective means for “time for comprehensive inquiry” based on the 2018 high school curriculum guidelines. This paper summarizes the background of high school-university collaboration from historical, educational system, and international perspectives, it describes and examines the aforementioned practical examples, and it discusses future issues. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | どのように教育活動を展開すれば、多様化した生徒の主体性を効果的に身に付けさせ、学習意欲を高めることができるのか。現在、文教大学と栃木県立小山高等学校は、進路をテーマとした探究学習プログラムを連携して実践研究しており、この実践を検証・分析した結果、上記課題を解決する手かがりが見られている。このプログラムの基盤である「高大連携」の源は、1999（平成11）年の文部科学省中央教育審議会答申で示された、高等学校における生徒の能力・適性・意欲・関心等に応じた進路指導や学習指導の充実を図る方針のもと、2017（平成29）年の「高大接続改革の実施方針」である。また、2018（平成30）年度の高等学校学習指導要領に基づく「総合的な探究の時間」では、高大連携の活用がその効果的な手段と考えられようになった。本稿では高大連携の背景について、歴史の視点、教育制度の視点、国際的な視点から整理するとともに、上記の実践事例を紹介・検証し、今後の課題を考察した。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
