 note = {Improving competency as a professional certified psychologist is a critically important issue. A detailed understanding of how graduate school internships contribute to the development of this competency is pivotal for future curriculum planning. This study aimed to elucidate the specific effects of internship experiences in graduate school on the competency of certified psychologists, as assessed by the students themselves.
A survey was conducted among graduates who completed the certified psychologist training curriculum at University A. The main survey questions centered on the overview of the internship and the self-evaluations of enhanced competency from both external and internal internships.
The competency that displayed the most significant improvement in both external and internal internships was “professionalism”. In addition, the enhancement of “interdisciplinary collaboration” and “cultural diversity” was notably higher in external internships than in internal ones. In contrast, the enhancement of “scientific knowledge and methods” was more pronounced in internal internships than in external ones. In both external and internal internships, foundational competencies displayed greater improvement than functional competencies.
Results confirmed that internships at the graduate level play a significant role in improving the competencies of certified psychologists. Their impact on the enhancement of foundational competencies is substantial. Based on these findings, there is a need for further refinement and reassessment of the quality and content of internships., 問題と目的：公認心理師の専門職としてのコンピテンシーの向上は極めて重要な課題である。
　大学院の実習がそのコンピテンシーの形成にどのように寄与するのかを詳しく理解することが、今後のカリキュラム編成の鍵となる。本研究は、大学院における実習の経験が公認心理師のコンピテンシーに具体的にどのような影響を持つのか、学生自身の評価を通じて明らかにすることを目的とした。
方法：Ａ大学の公認心理師養成カリキュラムの修了生を対象に、実習経験とコンピテンシーの関連性についてのアンケート調査を実施した。主な質問項目は実習概要、外部実習及び内部実習によるコンピテンシー向上の自己評価であった。
結果：外部実習及び内部実習の両方で、最も大きく向上したコンピテンシーは「プロフェッショナリズム」であった。また、外部実習においては「多職種協働」と「文化的ダイバーシティ」の向上が、内部実習よりも有意に高かった。逆に、内部実習において「科学的知識と方法」の向上が、外部実習よりも顕著であった。外部実習・内部実習ともに基盤コンピテンシーの方が機能コンピテンシーより向上が大きかった。
結論：大学院の実習は、公認心理師のコンピテンシー向上において重要な役割を果たしていることが確認された。特に基盤コンピテンシーの向上におけるその影響は大きい。これらの結果をもとに、実習の質や内容のさらなる改善・見直しが求められる。},
