| 内容記述 | The Shonan Research Institute of Bunkyo University has been working with the Chigasaki Black Caps on community collaboration projects. One of the initiatives is the "Dietary advice project by Bunkyo University students to Black Caps' parents", in which, under the guidance of specialist teachers, students aiming to become dietitians provide dietary advice based on parents' requests. The project was conducted under the guidance of specialist teachers. Semi-structured interviews with the four participating students were conducted and analyzed, which revealed that the students learnt a lot through the project by being exposed to the meals prepared by the parents, who are the daily practitioners, and that they also gained confidence as advisers through the advice. The project also provided an opportunity for students to gain confidence as advisers through advice. It also became clear that there are several areas for improvement to better continue the project. | |||||||||||||||||||||
