| 内容記述 | This study deals with the myth of Yamato Takeru. Here in Part 3, Takeru’s symbolism of the process from the unknown east of Japan is closely examined. The work also discusses the symbolic and psychological meaning of the myth of Takeru as follows. (1) The hero Takeru marries Miyazuhime in a form of hieros gamos (hierogamy). (2) The rhythmical changes of the moon affect the fertility of the earth and the prolificacy of the feminine. (3) He directly confronts the avatar of the great mother. (4) The hero’s libido regresses to the great mother in order to regenerate life. (5) The sacrifice of the hero’s life brings about “training in fantasy” and a “spiritual life.” (6) Trained fantasy prompts the hero to create the songs of the secret life, which contribute to the process by which the Emperor’s life is regenerated. (7) The hero’s complete devotion to his life provides the ego of the Japanese people with proposing “a model of living.” |

| 内容記述 | 本研究では、ヤマトタケル神話を神話学的、象徴的、心理学的に考究する。本論第3部においては、タケルが東国から大和に向けて帰還する過程を詳しく考察する。 タケルのストーリーから象徴的、心理学的に、次の点が明らかとなった。（1）英雄タケルは、ミヤズヒメと聖婚した。（2）生命は、大地の豊饒と女性の多産が結びつきながら、月の示すリズミカルな生きた時間によって展開してくる。（3）タケルは、直接にグレートマザーに立ち向かい、自分自身（無意識の母性的側面）と対決する。（4）英雄のリビドーは、生命の再生を求めて、グレートマザーへと退行する。（5）犠牲（英雄の死）によって、意識から退行したリビドーは、「空想力の訓練」「リビドーが活動できる路の敷設」「精神的な生活」をもたらす。（6）英雄は、訓練された空想力によって、精神的生活として歌を産出する。それらは、「生命の奥義」の発見を集合的意識（王）にもたらす。（7）英雄は、生への全面的献身を捧げることによって、「生きるモデル」を民の自我に提供する。 |
