As a result, the author concluded that urban book hotels are a result of a combination of demand from consumers seeking a physical experience that has a value other than efficiency, and supply as a new strategy to attract guests by providing them with books and a reading environment. However, this survey is preliminary, and further full-scale research is needed. | |||||
