| 内容記述 | The linear precipitation zone that struck Yamagata Prefecture on 25th and 26th July 2024 also caused tremendous damage to Mogami Town, an area that has been the focus of research for some time. It takes time to recover from natural disasters in rural areas, and it is difficult to recover without support from the national and prefectural governments. In this study, we have compiled various reports and newspaper articles on the causes of the damage, with the aim of providing a reference for similar heavy rain events in the future by recording the impact of short-term heavy rain disasters on farming villages in mountainous areas. | |||||||||||||||||||||
