| 内容記述 | Since 2022, Shonan Research Institute of Bunkyo University has been running a food advice project as a regional cooperation project with the Chigasaki Black Caps. As a case study, semistructured interviews were conducted with three groups of seven participating students, and the results of the analysis of the content of the interviews are presented in this publication, which documents the experiences of the participating students this year. In addition, the project, which is now in its second year, was examined through interviews with the participating students to find similarities and differences with the first year, and the improvements and questions raised in the first year were cross-checked with the results of the second year. As a result, it was confirmed that, as in the previous year, the students were careful to give advice within a reasonable range to the target audience and emphasised ease of communication to the parents, and it was clear that the students had learnt a lot through this project. As a result of the addition of mid-term presentations and improved scheduling, another area for improvement emerged this year, with students voicing no concerns about the advice, but needing improved photographic submissions to calculate more accurate nutritional values. | |||||||||||||||||||||
