| 内容記述 | This article outlines a process of community innovation through describing the "knowledge" and "skills" accumulated and communicated within local communities. For this aim, training of local human resources as well as the formation, accumulation and transmission of "knowledge" are extracted and examined. Also, this article reports tentative results of the "Collaborative Research of Faculty of International Studies, 2024". Each of the three authors tried to analyze the community using their own research style in their respective fields of expertise. As a result of these analyses, next points could be crystallized. (1) to describe the "skills" and "knowledge" that are exchanged within the community, (2) to clarify the social mechanisms that function as information exchange, (3) to introduce how people are involved in the transmission of "skills" and "knowledge", (4) to summarize how people could be matured through their involvement mechanisms (or their experiences). Moreover, it could be said that connections among community people based on mutual influence eventually create a strong linkage. And this process will be gradually reinforced and legitimate their activities for their community innovation. |
