| 内容記述 | This study explored the structure of support for victims who evacuated to remote areas away from their original residences after a disaster. In the case of remote evacuation following the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, multiple supporters for victims themselves were also individuals who had been evacuated. Results of the research investigation, several issues were suggested. For supporters who are deeply involved, supportive supervision in social work is effective. Not just training and case studies for supporters, they need to acknowledge and accept their feelings such as confusion and hesitation through support activities. In future anticipated disasters, it will be necessary to establish a support system that takes such considerations into account. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、災害後に従前の居住地から離れ遠隔地避難をした被災者への支援の構造を探ったものである。福島県第一原発事故後の遠隔地避難においては、支援者となる人が、自らも遠隔地避難の当事者であるケースもあった。そのような支援者に向けてインタビュー調査を実施し、支援の阻害要因や促進要因などを質的に分析し、構造化した。さらに、支援者が支援を継続していくためには、どのような体制 を整備すべきかなども考察したところ、支援者支援の必要性が示された。 自らも被災している状態で支援に関わる人が支援を継続していかれるようにするためには、研修や事例検討などのほかに、支援者の揺らぎを肯定し支えていくような、ソーシャルワークにおける支持的なスーパービジョンが有効である。今後に想定される災害における広域避難の課題にも示唆を得られた。 |
