| 内容記述 | The Principal Component Analysis was administrated among 18 Indices Related to the Degree of Delinquency (IRDD), for 95 juvenile delinquent boys. 3 out of 5 Principal Components were judged to be significant on the basis of their reliability coefficients, and were more analyzed with statistical methods such as Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Analysis of Variance, by utilizing Principal Component Score (PCS), Rating Score on Prediction of Occurrence of Crime and Delinquency (RSPOCD), Rating Score on Necessity to Treating in Correctional Institutions (RSNTCI), and so forth. Main findings were as follows.(1) So-called predictive scale was determined by re-examining the distribution of scores on 18 IRDD.(2) Psychological meanings of 3 Principal Components were assumed to associate with "tendency to pursue pleasures," "tendency to display one's being criminally inclined, "and "tendency to be unconcerned about oneself and others,"respectively.(3) Statistically significant differences were found between the 1st PCS and RSPOCD, and between the 1st PCS and RSNTCI. Same results were obtained for the 3rd PCS.(4) The 2nd PCS was somewhat differ from the 1st PCS and the 3rd PCS. It might be concluded that so-called 1st analytical scale should be compared with so-called 2nd analytical scale, in differentiating the Degree of Delinquency, and that the Triangular Pyramid Model of Delinquency illustrated with a figure constructed by 3 sides, i.e. so-called 1st analytical scale score(a), so-called 2nd analytical scale score(b) and so-called 3rd analytical scale score(c), and height, i.e. so-called predictive scale score(h), could be set up. | |||||||||
