Private enterprises provide services in pursuit or profit, which seems to conflict with social welfare services that protect the right of citizens to participate in society.\nHowever, the concept of hospitality management considers a service user to be indispensable, and the user is actively treated as an equal partner. This concept results in a synergistic effect.\nThis paper examines how management reflecting hospitality can be introduced in social welfare to improve the quality of social welfare services.
