\nThis Article examines how to make an English Room as an environment that increases students' motivation to study English, and encourages them to use English outside the classroom. Moreover, it explains that setting up such an environment can be low-cost. While our experience and discussion is based on work at Bunkyo University Shonan Campus, we feel the principles can be applied to any level of education, from elementary school to adult extension education and community centers.},
