plesentation「日本のキャリア教育～その歴史と現状」の要旨をまとめたものである。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　\nこの要旨は、4つのパートから成っている。第1のパートでは、1915年、入沢宗壽によって伝えられた米国の職業指導運動が、わが国の学校の内外で漸次、普及・展開をみながら、昭和初期から拡充された戦時体制によって次第に変質していったこと、そして、戦後、学校職業指導は、教育民主化の一環として教育関係法規上明確な位置付けをうると共に、1953年には、学校教育法一部改正によって“職業指導主事制度”が出来たこと、また、1958、60年には、中学校・高等学校学習指導要領改訂によって、旧職業指導が「進路指導」と公式用語化され、それまでの職業科教育から、学級担任教師によるガイダンスとして実践されるようになったこと、などを扱った。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　第2のパートでは、1960年代2回にわたって来日したSuper,D.E.(当時、コロンビア大学教授）によって、実証的リサーチを踏まえた職業的（進路）発達理論が伝えられ、わが国での進路指導理論の構築に一定の方向を与えたこと、その方向は、その後の国立教育研究所、職業研究所による「青少年の進路発達に関する長期追跡研究」などの端緒となり、その研究成果は学校現場における進路指導実践の質的発展に大いに寄与したこと、などに言及した。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　第3のパートでは、1971年初頭、Superらの先行研究を集約、その実践化を意図した「キャリアエデュケーション(運動）」とわが国における学校進路指導の在り方との関わりについて述べた。米国のキャリアエデュケーションの理念、概念モデル、全国基準や実践方法などは、他山の一石として、わが国における進路指導改革にも大きな示唆を与えたことに触れた。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　最後のパートでは、昨今の社会変化に対応する教育の新しい潮流～生涯学習体系への移行～のなかで、キャリアエデュケーションの未来を展望してみた。周知のように、日米両国は、教育の拠って立つ基盤を異にしており、学校教育、とりわけ青少年に対するキャリアガイダンスの理念や方法は、それぞれに固有の特質や課題を抱えている。にも拘らず、これまでの80余年にわたる両国の職業指導、キャリアガイダンスの歩み、とりわけ戦後のそれには、理論・実践両面にわたる深い相互影響が見られる。今後、この分野での両国のリレーションがどう推移するかは分らないが、ともにその長短を相補い、それぞれの教育風土に根ざした「生涯キャリアエデュケーション」の一層の充実・進展に向うものと思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_38":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_source_id_19":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09189122"}]},"item_5_text_39":{"attribute_name":"本文言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"日本語"}]},"item_5_text_42":{"attribute_name":"ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"BKK0002750"}]},"item_5_text_7":{"attribute_name":"Author","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Senzaki,
