 note = {This study examined the components and processes involved in creating a hospitality attitude among staffers of social welfare services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Attitudes of welfare service providers were determined via a semistructured interview.
Analysis of their responses yielded the following findings:
1  Categories of background factors were “components of a hospitality attitude,” “characteristics of social welfare services,” and “conditions inside and outside the organization”
2  Other categories were “strokes from managers” and “attitudes of indivisual staff members”
3  A final category was “staff members choose to adopt a hospitality attitude”
Result suggested that a hospitality attitude is created by the interaction of these factors.

筆者は本稿で社会福祉サービス従事者が利用者に対するホスピタリティに関する行動を選択する際に、どのような要素が、どのようなプロセスで展開するのかを明確にすることを目的とした。知的障害者福祉施設長・社会福祉協議会職員・知的障害者福祉施設生活支援員に半構造化面接を行った。そこで背景因子として、「福祉サービスの特性」・「ホスピタリティを構成する要素がある」・「組織の内外の状況（組織への外からの要請、物理的状況、組織としてのプリンシパル、マネージャーの自分の役割の認識、職場同僚との関係形成、個々の職員の資質・能力・動機）」というカテゴリーが抽出された。その上に、「職場のマネージャーからの働きかけ」と「個々の従事者の認識」のカテゴリーとが見出され、そこに相互作用が展開していることが見出された。その帰結として「職員が利用者に対するホスピタリティ行動を選択する」というカテゴリーが抽出された。ホスピタリティ意識がこれらの複数の要因の相互作用により形成されることが示唆された。},
