Attitudes of welfare service providers were determined via a semistructured interview.\nAnalysis of their responses yielded the following findings:\n1  Categories of background factors were “components of a hospitality attitude,” “characteristics of social welfare services,” and “conditions inside and outside the organization”\n2  Other categories were “strokes from managers” and “attitudes of indivisual staff members”\n3  A final category was “staff members choose to adopt a hospitality attitude”\nResult suggested that a hospitality attitude is created by the interaction of these
