It is thinking that the tendency of this change is now in third phase from the view point of communication of information regard as internet first year started from 1995. First phase is home page period that communicate the information in one side not so differ from mass medium. Second phase is bulletin board or blog period that user can send the information with out special technology. Third phase is SNS(Social Network Service)period that make communication which is linking with reality by rejecting anonymity actually existing the problem on the bulletin board and blog.
