Property rights approach develops a useful framework and notation for examining how changes in the distribution of asset ownership affects the incentives of the individuals who work, directly or indirectly, with those assets and they establish a number of propositions regarding the optimality of different ownership structures.\n An explanation will be given to incentive problems as well as firm boundaries from a view of property rights approach.
