The major concepts of \"Fitness\" were that \"the physical exercise fitted in every one brings two benefits, one's health and well-beings.\"Fitness\" as a physical education program have the following materials, 1) sport exercise, 2) physical training, 3) life-span developmental theory in sport and training science, and 4) feedback system for self-assessment. We want to be that student's autonomy and positive attitude for healthy and active life were developing through \"Fitness\" activities.
