The principal feature of this form of employment is its triangular employment relationship. The temporary help firms place these workers for legal purposes on their own payroll, billing client firms in an amount covering wages, overhead and profit, while assigning workers to their client firms.\n　There are three different organizational stages that govern how a firm uses these workers, that is, traditional personnel model, crisis-driven model and strategic staffing model.
