This school consists of the Department of Communication and the Department of Management Information. The purpose of this report is focused on constructing the scientific concept of Informatics. We can predict that the problems with population and natural resources will be increasingly greater difficulties for the future in Japan. These problems will necessarily bring a lot of derivative problems into our social lives, for examples, working life, private life, co-workers relationships and family relationships. This report argues that informations mean the data to discover the social relationships among social events and to create the social system which will be able to solve the problems in direction to constructing humanistic society. Informatics, therefore, is defined as the science of the relationships among the social events and as the science which must contribute to solving the problems in human lives. We have to discuss continuously about the method and the science which Informatics can consist.}, pages = {8--17}, title = {情報学の構築に関する一試論}, volume = {1}, year = {} }
