After 20 years, according to what he say, the situation is kept on and is going from the variety of the tendency. In those situation, the Management Process School has been received many criticism and has changed. In major criticism, we should not overlook what was criticism of Herbert Simon in the past and what was criticism by the Contingency Theory recently. He thought, it was necessary that the interdisciplined and specialized study because of investigation of human behavior in organization, and therefore he denied the existence of the situation of jungle. While Harold Koontz has recognized the side of approach, it was doubtful whether that was management, he thought. On the other hand, the criticism of the Contingency considers the Management Process School as the general and abstract theory, that is, there is not "one best way" in all conditions and against the practice of management, the Contingency Theory denied universal approach. And the Contingency Theory insisted that the Management Process School divided in 1960's and would unify other approaches in 1980's. However the practical management was usually contingentive, and didn't advocate "one best way". The Management Process School keeps -even now the initiative. This school has had a flexibility that accepted positively the results of other approaches.}, pages = {70--77}, title = {経営管理論の動向}, volume = {1}, year = {} }
